Parts Bazaar is expanding its vendor network to strengthen supply reliability, product authenticity, and nationwide availability. We invite professional, compliant, and growth-oriented distributors to partner with us.
1. Objective:
To onboard authorized distributors and reliable aftermarket spare parts suppliers who can ensure:
Genuine and traceable products
Competitive and stable pricing
Timely dispatch and stock availability
Long-term, scalable partnership
2. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:
Vendors must meet the following minimum requirements:
A. Authorization & Legitimacy
Must be an authorized distributor / stockiest / channel partner of a recognized aftermarket spare parts brand.
Valid authorization letter or distributorship agreement required.
GST registration and PAN mandatory.
Active business entity (proprietorship / partnership / private limited / LLP).
B. Product & Quality Standards
Products must be:
Genuine and brand-authorized
Properly packed and labeled
Traceable through batch/lot system (where applicable)
No counterfeit, duplicate, or grey-market goods allowed.
C. Operational Capability
Ready stock availability for committed SKUs.
Ability to dispatch within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
Proper invoicing system and e-way bill compliance.
Standard packaging suitable for long-distance transportation.
D. Commercial Terms
Competitive and transparent pricing.
Defined credit policy (if applicable).
Agreement to Parts Bazaar return & replacement policy.
3. Preferred Vendor Profile:
Priority will be given to vendors who
- Handle established aftermarket brands (e.g., steering parts, Turbochargers, Engine Parts, Body Parts etc.)
- Maintain systematic inventory management.
- Have minimum 2+ years of industry experience.
- Can support bulk or multi-location dispatch.
- Are open to long-term volume-based partnership.
4. Evaluation & Onboarding Process:
Vendor Application Submission
- Document Verification (GST, Authorizations, Company Profile)
- Sample or SKU Evaluation (if required)
- Commercial Discussion
- Trial Order
- Performance Review & Final Empanelment
5. Vendor Code of Conduct:
All empaneled vendors must:
- Maintain product authenticity and brand integrity.
- Avoid price manipulation or parallel market conflict.
- Maintain professional communication and service standards.
- Inform Parts Bazaar in advance about stock shortages or price revisions.
- Non-compliance may lead to suspension or removal from the platform.
